The file must include the following documents:
- the original of the school certificate;
- the certified copy of the diploma;
- the original regulatory work certificate (on headed paper bearing in particular the CNSS affiliation number, stamp and position of the signatory and correctly specifying professional experience);
- the cover letter for workers registered by their companies;
- authorization from the supervisory administration for FAR and OFPPT agents);
- a birth certificate extract;
- two stamped envelopes bearing the name, first name and address of the participant;
- An identity photo.
Final admission to training is conditioned by the compliance of the administrative documents provided by the candidate with the regulations in force.

In order to benefit from the scholarship, the interns with a baccalaureate has to be enrolled either in Technician Level or Specialized Technician channels.
There are four training levels regarding the degree training programs :

This mechanism allows interns to complete their inital training program, while acquiring gradually and effectively the required skills in their futur occupations.
Residential Training
The training include theoritical courses and practical exercices. It is conducted inside the institute and is complemented by internships in companies
Alternating Training
The vocational alternating training is considered as an initial training, in which 50% of the training is conducted inside the institute and the other 50% inside a company. The goal is to ensure a better training-job adequacy
Evening Courses
Being organised inside the training institutes for the benefit of the employees and first-time job seekers, the evening classes program aim at offering the possibility to beneficiaries to achieve their training and improve their professional qualification
Mobile Training Units
This training is delivered in mobile spaces specially adapted in workshops in order to offer short term training or improvement cycles. The training is designed for youth living in rurual areas with the aim of improving their professional qualifications and to strenghten the economic activity of job creation in rural areas
Each training level is attested by a diploma
- The Specialized Technician level is attested by Specialized Technician diploma
- The Technician level is attested by Technician diploma
- The Qualification level is attested by Professional Qualification diploma
- The Specialization level is attested by Professional Specialization diploma
- The qualifying training is attested by a training certificate
Different type of assessements are organised during the training
- Continous controls
- Module ending examination
- Entrance examination (for training that is spread over 2 years)
- End-of-year examination
3 years : 27 months, 4 weekly
